strange vibrating sound

Just made a video as this noise is really starting to do my head in now and i cant find the problem.

Ive checked all obvious thing, fuel rail guard is tight, all exhaust hangers are in tact, decat springs are all on ok.

Any ideas?

It only does it bang on 3000 revs, as you see in the video if i go over 3000 the noise goes away and then as the engine comes back down past 3000 you hear it again.

To me it sounds like the heatshield between the Ex. manifold and bulkhead vibrating (had this noise myself). From memory it is held on by 1 bolt and the corners can touch other parts of the exhaust, bodywork and Steering rack. You would have to lift the front of the car safely and have a poke around there but better to have it on a garage ramp with the engine revving to locate the noise.
