Strong smell ....

when i put my foot down from time to time pass say 60mph theres a really strong smell from the cat coming into the car, its happening more an more frequently any ideas?

dunno its an 04 clio 182 so shouldnt need replacing but if it does i guess its warranty work?

my 182 smells when i hammer it just the same as my 172 did.. never thought anything of it really.
