Stud Troque Figures

  ph2 172
Does anyone know the torque figures for the following studs in the F4R cylinder head :

Exhaust manifold studs
Timing belt pulley studs

Should I torque them up to slightly more than the nuts going onto them or the same?

Thanks

You dont need to torque the stud, only the nut, the stud just needs to be wound in until it runs out of travel.

ive had a look and i cant find anything about the studs for the side cam cover.

i would have thought they would be more than that because it acts as part of the engine mount as well

  A special one.
I used to fit 2 M8 nuts onto a stud, lock them together.

Fit the stud and wind it in using the back nut, once tight the back nut will un lock its self from the front nut.

Stud tight. :)

The reason the nut torque is important is that is stretching the stud the correct amount. That will not happen with torquing the stud in though.
