Stupid Question?

  Black 182
This might be a stupid question but my 182 has a dodgy shock at the rear and I'm thinking of changing the whole lot as I'd like to have a bit less air in the arches.
I only want to lower it by about 15mm though and want to keep the handling sweet, I think the standard set up is firm enough but still nicely compliant on bumpy roads etc.

I'm worried that if i go for an aftermarket kit it will ruin the handling, after all Renault spent millions developing it etc etc.

What do people think . . . . . . . . .?

I think when the majority of people on here have Eibach Pro's (or other uprated suspension systems) and praise the ride and stability, you're not doing wrong buying uprated springs/ shocks.
