Stut brace on mk2 172 - FEEDBACK!

Just wondering if people have found noticable improvments on handling from a strutbrace, thinking of purchasing one and want to know if it is worth doing

any feedback would be great

Yeh, it's better, but not hugely, To reep the full benefits you'd need to weld it.

mine feels a lot tighter now
its not a massive difference but combined with the coilies, the car handles the corners a lot better now, feeling a lot more solid with less roll

thanks for the feedback - im going to get some sport-line ebiach spings so the strut spring combo should work out ok by the sound of it

i've got front strut brace and springs (apex). Top combo, nice and cheap and a real improvement!

better off drilling and bolting it down with nuts and bolts rather than using the self tappers they supply
