Anyone ever tried to fit a sub to an mk2 phase 1.... Holy s*it the worst task I've ever had to do, such a stressful night. Not even finished but all I need to do now is find an earth point in the boot.

Earth it to the bolt that holds the seats to the floor

you must really suck at doing things as its a pretty easy job tbh! lol

1. Fit power cable through grommet behind glove box.
2. Earth on isobar bolt

I strongly suggest that from this point forth all car related issues are taken care of by a garage
