Sump Plug Washer

I always thought they were copper?

i got given this by Renault the other day... looks like steel with a rubber flange (hehe)

is this right, have they changed them?

Yeah thats right.

Copper ones are for the 1.2 8v/Mk1s etc with the thin sump

Nope thats deffo the right one, the gearbox ones are copper though.

As above, I think they probably have changed them. They have changed the filters.

certainly is correct.... most older cars use the copper ones... i have used a copper one with no problem on one though...

i didnt pay for it either... he just said "i put a sump washer in the filter box mate"...

shock horror i got something for free from Renault!

the washers are about 80p iirc
