Sunrise

Decided to take the camera out this morning for sunrise when I took my dog Jake out for a walk, these were the better ones....I don't think they're too bad considering I was half-cut and had just got in from boozing!

Be careful taking long exposures of the sun, my mate has just burnt a hot spot onto his brand new canon 40d.

Cheers for the comments....I must admit this is my favourite time of the day....I love the variations in colour in the sky, I just wish I wasn't such a lazy sod and could get myself out of bed at this time!

The pic with Jake (my dog) is one of my favourite photos too, I agree Andy about the exposure of it, I did have a quick play with the levels in PS but to be honest, I liked the original just as much.

Ouch! I'd be wounded! None of these are long exposure though - just the opposite. Cheers for the advice tho.
