Sunroof...

Does anyone know a way of getting my sunroof to stop rattling, as i drive down any road with even a slightly uneven surface it rattles incredibly loudly, I've checked its fully closed but its really beginning to get to me now

i used the sponge solution, worked perfectly

not to sort out the other creaks...
