sunvisor clips.how do you get them out

i need to take my sunvisors out in my clio mk1 and they have the tiny clips that are fixed inthe the roof with a torx screw.(the clips near the roof console) how the hell do you pull them out?iv tried pulling,screwing, yanking .they just wont budge.i thort the purpose of the torx screw wud be to hold it in place?they just wont come out.any ideas?

Had this problem when i was fitting my sunvisor tv, The clip is similar to a wall plug, in that it expands when tightened up. As it has remained unchanged for such a long period of time, it doesnt spring back when the screw is undone. I eventually got mine out by levering it out with a big screwdriver. Try softening it up first with a hairdryer.
