Supension Warranty Issues

Until yesterday my car had SPAX lowering springs on it. Until it failed its MOT when one of them effectively cracked and left a chunk off it!
They were covered by a 2 year warranty and i am not even a week outside of this.They have flat refused to even look into it, surely its not as black and white as this? I was quite surprised there was no leniency at all.
Think i have any grounds for complaint?

Replacement springs? And yes, unfortunately it will be black and white. Outside the warranty, most companies tell you to f**k off.
