This should be the one, make sure it's got the bigger M12 holes.
I would personally go for the lemforder one even though they are more expensive.

not sure if i can give something of matter in this case but i changed out my lower ball joints on my 2003 1,2.
after some thinking and measurement it turns out that i had new joints to a mazda 323 1990-1997(bg body) that fit as close to clio as a new hole in the arms 20mm longer in.
as i found out clio dont got the strongest ball joints compared to mazda i expect them to be more reliable then renault parts.
