suspension how low to go?

any help would be great dont want to fork out an end up it looking like a monster truck still, thinking 15" an 35mm all around? or will the rear end need lowering abit more than the front? or should i go lower than 35 mm?

roads are bumpy, york if u know the place.
i don't want to be scraping an i want to be able to turn lol, anyone got any pics of a mk1 on 15"?
