Suspension!!! :(

No LOLs at this one but after just getting home from the SW meet I have noticed that the front passenger side suspension now sits about an inch or more higher than the drivers side!!! What the hell can this be???

The spring may have popped out of the cup, shocker gone etc??

As Fred said, perhaps a snapped spring. They've been known for doing it on Willys/valvers and I'm sure it happened to a few 172s too.

Jack it up and feel for the end of the coil, where it sits in the cup. If it's not flat and instead looks sheared off, looks like you'll be needing new springs! lol

sorry to hear about that m8, last night was fun lol think we all throught it into the round abouts. its defo the spring, good excuse to lower it if u want lol. then next meeting u can through it round the round abouts even faster :rasp:
