suspenson/ subframe bushes help?

Has anyone replaced all the suspension and subframe bushes? is it difficult to do? The 172 i bought is on 110k and the rear subframe bushes are shot. Seen as i have all new engine mounts and driveshafts to go on it i may as well replace everything else while i'm at it.

i'd be greatful for any info
