Swapped ecu/Uch, will my alarm still work?

As some of you may know, I recently bought a second hand ecu etc off eBay and fitted it myself, solved all of my problems!! :D

Curious now as to wether my alarm works, thoughts juts hit me and I'd go and try it but I'm at work?
