Swirl marks

I have some quite bad swirl marks under the side mouldings, whats the best way to get them out?

PC, or by hand scratch x, tbh it will be a pain in the ass by hand down at that height.

As above.. Meguiars Scratch X... though it would take forever by hand.

porter cable, its a random orbit polisher. Safer to use than the ones bodyshops have therefore even a novice can use it without trashing the paint.

Get the boy to do all the bits below the mouldings, save those hips and knees
