sync apps via pc

ive had a few problems with my pc just got my itunes installed now i cant sync apps via my pc it wants to remove the apps on my touch then re sync it from my empty app folder is their an easy way to recover apps without having to reclick every .ipa to reimport it into itunes :dead:

ive tried backing up but it wont transfer apps to my pc

Plug the iPod in to your PC, right click on the iPod's icon in iTunes and click 'Transfer Purchases'.
