T-Mobile + Upgrading

Anyone ever done it?

My year and a half old W800i finally bit the dust tonight (fell off the desk, had shiny red lights on top which is bad, so I destroyed it)

BUT, I need a phone, so gonna need to figure out if I can upgrade (haven't upgraded for 18 months) but can't phone them on 150.. so is there any other way I can do it?

Anyone work for em? Really need a phone ASAP, pretty fucked without one
