talk talk bb/phone offer

I posted a while ago on this subject.

Just wanted to know if anyone on CS joined up and have the full service now?

I am curious for peoples opininons who currently have this service as if i joined it would cut my bill for bb and bt phone line from £43 to £20.99.

Is the bb reliable? has anyone hit the d/l limit?

My mate signed up for it at least two months ago, buts its still not been installed. They keep sending letters through saying it'll be done soon but nothing else happens. Dunno if its the same with other customers but for me it doesn't bode well for their service in the future.

heard they're really over stretched as they've got thousands more customers than they can cope with. Similar thing happened with bulldog. It is a really good deal tho and the d/l limit is massive. check if they can do it in your area at that price cos sometimes they have to buy the landline thru bt and you have to pay an extra £11 a month.

yeah it said i can get it on their website and that the phoner would go through in bout 6 weeks wheras the bb would take till aug... i could live with that along as they didn't keep delaying it tbh.
