What do you think about the ad itself? Everything set out right? Missed anything out? (First time ive wrote out a car ad)

I dont get these insurance costs:

Ph1 172 (W reg) = £1000
Ph2 172 (02 reg) = £1800
Ph2 182 (05 reg) = £1900

How can the ph2 172 be that much higher!!

Think ill stick with the ph1 this year!

Im coming up to having my 1 years no claim, as I was on my dads insurance in the previous years!
