Tappy engine after spark plug change

If you raise the idle slightly with the throttle to where it was before, does it still sound tappy?
If the engine tries to idle too low that can make it sound rough.

Yeah tappy, went to 4k revs and it can still be heard.

They are 100% the ones recomended in the little find your plug catalogue thing. Ill go back n get some ngk if they have them this time!

they're also 100% wrong Halfords are useless, go to a decent parts place not halfords!!

from memory, should be NGK BKR6EK. I know they use the same plugs as a saxo VTR, lol

Ok ngk's ordered for less then a tenner. Ill pick up a new ignition coil monday (even if its not the problem, my ocd takes over and it needs to match)

For the time being old plugs are in (bosch super 4) and its still tapping away.

change 4 coils together. uneven resistance between coils can cause more issues

I have an odd coil, I really don't think it's to do with them or the plugs, maybe injectors

Are you 100% sure it is coming from the block & or head itself, and not a reverb from elsewhere..
