Tar Removal From Paint?

  Impreza WRX
Hey guys, done a search, cant seem to find an answer to what is the best.

Along the bottom of the door, i have tar spots (at least i think it's tar)! Stand out a mile on my Iceberg.

Trying to get the car back to mint condition, and this would be a great way to tidy it up.

What is the best way to remove it without damaging paint?

Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover? Or Autosmart Tardis which is very good!
Other than that, try a clay bar? Have a search in the detailing section fella, plenty of good information.

If you won't want to buy anything especially for it...

...and happen to have Autoglym EGP in your garage, I've found that it does work with a bit of elbowgrease.
