taylored car mats £5.

i got bored the other day and irritated with the car mats in my clio, i refuse to spend alor on mats because i always destroy them, so i just got cheap £5 ones form morrisons, passenger and rears fit perfect but the drivers slides about because of the foot rest, so i ripped the stiches out half the piping, cut a wadge out and buzzed it back to gether on my mums brother sewign maching, dont think it looks too bad, only too 10 minutes.

The finish is pretty nasty but the work looks good. I payed £30 for mine from halfords.

Mine are the same ones from morrisons, the passenger ones fine, but like you say the drivers one is knackered.

Think i should invest in some new ones really

for £5 you cant really argue lol. when the drivers one wears out( last one lasted 9 months which isnt bad), i'll just get another set, i have the other two back seat ones as boot liners, if it get another set then the whole boot floor will be covered lol.
i could make new ones out of spare carpet tiles from work just get some piping and away i go lol.
