team dynamic wheels

  Clio
Can anyone tell me if the team dynamique wheel bore size is universal. I know they give you a fitting kit to make it right for your car but does that mean that all are made with a big hole so that they can fit most cars or are some specifically made just for that type of car?
apologies if this is a bit confusing.
cheers in advance

its 45 but i can use spacers to sort that out, just the prob is i wanna know if all team dynamics come with a large diameter bore size and require you to fit a spiggot ring to make it fit the car. or whether or not they come custom fit to car.
sorry about this

i had some tem dynamics alloys, think they were called zeeta. they had plastic spigot rings supplied with them to suit the car.

mate in aus we had a group buy for the team dynamics pro race 1.2's/

we ended up getting four sets through demon tweeks and they managed to get the centre bore drilled exactly for the clio hub sucjh that there were not spigout rings needed

it cost a bit more from memory.

cheers for the reply guys, just bought some off ebay and woman hus selling them isnt actually sure but she says there is spigot rings for her vauxhall, but they were £150 for the four rims with 2 tyres that need replacing and only a little kerbing on the edge of the rim. think i got a bargain but just hope they fit.
heres the link if anyone can confirm and put me out of my misery of hoping

well im hoping spacers will sort that out for me, fingers crossed
offset is 45 though but tbh i know f**k all about alloy wheels and sourcing them is a pain in the arse.
have you got low profile tyres on? do you have any pics of the 16" team dynamics on your car?
cheers

at the moment i have 195/45/16 but when they need replacing i may go 195/40/16

Offset shows howfar the wheel sits out from the hub if that makes sense?

i think the ph2 mk 2 clios had an offset of ET48.5?

also when quoting a tyre size ie 195/50/15

195 = the width in mm
50 = the sidewall size as a percetage of the width (ie 50 means the sidwall is 5o% of the width of the tyres so 195x50%=97.5mm)

15 - the diameter of the rim that the tyre fits on.

should be fine with the wheels bud, just make sure they clear the rear brake calipers

cool, cheers for advice mate, im hoping that the team dynamics i got arnt custom fit and hopefully they will fit with spigot rings. do you have any spacers or anything on yours?
how much did you get them for?
did i get a good deal?
cheers

So if i have 195/45 i have 87.75mm side walls?
