whats the differences
Nada to worry about. The 736 uses a different head casting iirc and is a little rougher, nothing that makes a real world difference.
The late ones use a 736 lump as its used on the earlier 182s aswell, my 53 plate had a 736 lump and a bolted retainer box on it too. Good old renault using what they've got.
