I've done the A7 championship and classic, but that was by luck I found them lol. I press the back button to see the map but theres not much in there?

you have to get the licesnses first, make sure you scroll throught the thing top left of the screen to show races

No, once you get to second island there is 3 more A and I'm guessing a couple of the others.

Dodge Viper is a b***h to drive. Loved every Ferrari I've driven so far.

The handling vastly improves as you move up A class. Look out for Convoy bombs they are good money with good car.

Basically if you liked the first one, this is much the same but with some improvements.
So chances are you will like this one too.

What I liked about the first game was the simple 'get out there and drive' appeal to it. It's the first driving game I've ever played that I just drove in for the sake of it. Many times I didn't compete in races etc, and simply drove about.

If the 2nd game is similar, I might buy it actually.

The 2nd game is basically Ibiza and O'ahu.

Got the original island but updated and Ibiza in it. Worth a try at least to be honest. Not like it is that expensive to purchase either.

lol I had the first one and did that sometimes. I have found myself doing this so many times on 2.

There are some nice long straights on this to max out your car.

This is what I meant in my other post. You can just chill in this game whereas Forza/most other racers are just go as fast as you can then stop, wait for loading, go as fast as you can.

Anyone else think the casino games are rather easy?

Poker is against others so that's not too difficult, especially as most of them can't seem to play poker.

The slot machines though I seem to win loads out of them.

I absoultly love it! i loved the first one and wanted the 2nd game for so long. The car noise's are much improved. I love the over run cars on so cars. As soon as i got to hawai i got the ariel atom for 60,000 and did all of the a class liecences. I then entered the a1 championship and got 1,600,000 for doing both. I have some pretty nice cars now :D

I know its a bit arcadey, but no other car game has such an open map. The last game i think took me about 6 months to drive every single bit of road on the game so theres plenty to do. Once the online gameplay is fixed aswell it will be alot better.

Anyone else won the R8 V10 Spyder yet? In the process of trying to win it I also manage to win around 300,000. Didn't take that long either.

Can't keep up with the Veyron using Atom. Beat it on corners but any long straights and it's gone. Looks rubbish in the line-up with all those supercars as well. Oh and it has a lively back end.

Test Drive theme slot machine. 100 casino credits a go. So $200 a pull, but the other slot machines can earn you loads of money in a short space of time. The ones where you can play 9 lines are the ones you earn from.

Nobody else having trouble seeing other 'real' people online? I just seem to have the AI players roaming around, not driving properly (randomly braking etc)

But all the online players show up on my map.

I R CONFUSED.

Think it's safe to say online play is fucked, well mine is on the xbox, casino crashing, game keeps freezing on startup unless I disconnect xbox live

Not had any issues with online play yet on the 360 personally.

Noticed some people lagging like crazy which is annoying when they are driving next to you / just in front of you and you end up crashing because they are lagging.

Mine starts up fine on xbox live now and fine finding people online. Can't seem to get my friends up on map though.

That had of course crossed my mind, but I can't help feeling this a console game. That said, none of my local shops had any anyway, so I may reconsider. Probs order it online today, but still undecided on the PC.

I thought about getting it on the PC, then bought it on the 360. Came to the conclusion that, chances are there will be more players online on the consoles than on the PC. It is an MMO type game so makes sense to pick the platform that is likely to have a larger number of users.

Graphically it's still half decent on the 360.
