It has now been repaired after going back to renault wednesbury three times.
Ended up being the mass air flow sensor/meter? They said it was "physically broken" Wish they spotted it first time and it would have saved me breaking down in the third lane of the M6 lmfao.
Also told a little white lie and got my very badly scratched wing mirror painted by them for free and also my worn gear stick replaced
