theres a difference between normal cars & high demand low availability cars-

You will not get a AG 200 FF with recaros on 10< miles for 11k.

Not even in trade at the moment...

There probably less than 5 in the dealer network & certainly no private sales...

Just because im a trader doesnt mean I cant advise what some may pay for a car 'private'-

You may get a 200 Cup in AG with low options & high miles for 11k, there was one with the anthricite apck that went for 9k the other week, however it had 30k miles & was base spec-

Alien green, Liquid yellow, Storm grey All command a premium because of the availability & demand for that colour-

& yes you should be aiming to keep residuals high- however as with all the range the fact that new facelift models are often coming out & the fact that people tend to keep them for 6 months - 1 year is always a problem- + the current economy..

TO be fair , somedays it does look a little flat , in the sun IMO it looks excellent. Gets attention every day from the lovers and the haters too.
I can see why it would be too much for alot of people , if everyone had the same taste the world would be a pretty boring place!

My favourite 200 colour is Glacier white or if they made it that grey on the Cup racer picture ( audi grey?)

I also have the same opinion of Nimbus, some people w**k themselves into a coma over it, but the only time it looks good is in direct sunlight. Most of the time it looks brown

I find White really boring now, best colours are storm grey and alien green hands down!! Obviously my opinion though lol.

I think AG will age badly. In my mind it's in the same league as the Focus ST orange, and the Focus RS green. Nice enough to start with, but a bit awkward after a couple of years.

Storm grey is a decent colour but Nimbus is still the best.

AG is a cool colour if you friend owns it. As is ultimate Green like Roy says.

Ooo look its me! lol. I do wish it was brighter and your right it probably should of been like the one below. However on a sunny day and we have had one or two this year it does look stunning and always gets attention. Like the boot pic Lee did you take the picture yourself? It is the rarest colour with 1.5% of 200's being AG since the start of 2010 which is about 22 cars.

I possibly agree with Roy, It would seem that also that people looking for a 200 arent interested in AG- THe one on PH is priced VERY low & yet it isnt sold- perhaps the private plate doesnt help either- yet the Glacier white that was 14k sold in one day-

Whatever people say sometimes its right place right time...

To date- the easiest colours ive had on 197's & 200's have been White & LY- black being a b*itch & albi blue- well.......
