The best phase 1 172?

I'm scrapping the aircon. Mines running 195bhp @ the mo. It will be well above 200bhp when finished and it'll sound the dogs bollox. Can't wait!

Will give you car a french kiss when i'm down there, if it's still there.
 
should be running well over 200 mate - he reckons mine will be close to 210.

When you're talking 172's...

A bastardised RS car.

Bits of both Ph1 and Ph2.

The Mk1 boys do it best, transplanting F7R's into previously F7P Valvers etc etc...
 
i thought hybrid was to do with the engie or larger mods, like a hybrid valver...a valver with a willy engine is it not?

im confused.. :S
 
SuperfastDan's 172 is probably my fave
all looking mint on this thread though.
 
if your trying to make the best ph1.. get the exhaust cut into the bumper instead of just 'sticking' it underneath like most have.

id say carbon copys is one of the best

Anyhow Chris are they Anthracite, or darker, cos mine are darker. Look black in some lights.

wasnt there one on coilovers with 17" superlegs on???that was really nice but it might be the one above W52 plate?with speedlines?

lol!...it was everyone's constant comments that pushed me over the edge and i got them done. lol!

very dark anthracite. you can tell they are not black anyways. lol
 
i think its ford graphite grey, (if they were done by fred) i re did my centre caps, and it was a perfect match
 
I like Stoddies i think the look he's gone for looks spot on, and the yellow engine bay is well nice :approve: i cant forget chris's tho yours looks top lad ya know i love it :D got yours as my background on the comp.

nah thats lovely though, well like that. think i saw it at french car show, very very nice. id like some turini's on mine.
 
yeah i like wheels on ctr. my old ctrs looked good clean and dirty

just like dark wheels on silver. think it looks great.
