The best strut braces are...?

Looking to buy decent strut braces which do the job effectively. Just wondered what other's opinions are on what type to use?

Not used strut braces before, wondered whats involved in fitting?

Lastly, price and where to buy from?

dont think they make much or any difference at all, something like soild top mounts would be better to tighten up the front and be more effective than a strut brace.

Rear ones just bolt onto the damper tops in the boot, he front ones require you to drill the arch/strut (i dunno the best word for it)

Solid top mounts? I'm not sure I've heard of these. Could you explain their function and performance gain?

you missed the whole Ben P group buy on the solid top mounts?

They replace the weak renault mount and make the turn in sharp. and stop movement of the damper.

Are you using them? Are the o.k. to use with standard and modified dampers?
