Cheers guys, I like it. Had a 1.2 16V, traded up. Have got rid of the Ness Motors sticker, much better.

Some anwers: Not stone chips - dead midgies (I live in the Highlands), not hubcaps - Ronal Turbos, not a midget in a hat - the neighbours have a kid and hang up its clothes on a wierd dryer thing.

good thing I dont work there anymore! liking the monaco blue, the ronals suit the golf well i think too.

I love that Golf, was going to get one instead of my 172, kinda wish I had now.

Although the Golf looks good, the 172 does everything it can do, just harder and faster. Plus replacement body panels are still available for the Clio

mk1 golfs are still produced in south africa, get your panels imported

Not all the panels are tha same though! The front wings are from a mk2.........
