Hi all haven't been on here for a good while partly due to my last few cars being abit dull and not worthy of a thread of any sort plan is to go through the car and upgrade as i go!

Its decent spec but ill be going over everything to confirm its what i have paperwork for 🤣

Any heres my hatch look forward to updating as i go

I really want a JDM 2.0 one.

I go back n forth with thinking of selling my classic and getting a hatch sti. What I like is they’re still pretty basic/raw impreza underneath, more every day usable than a classic (due to age) and the hatchback is more practical than my saloon. Trouble is my classic is one of those cars you’d kick yourself selling.

Is it a 2.5?

Yeh been in all sorts since clio days and fell out of love with the car sense just driving from A to B. Seems this has got me wanting to empty the bank again and not just on road tax 🤣

If you’ve got the money and can find one, buy a JDM 2.0 engine. If you never need it you’ll sell it easy enough and they’re a much better engine. Yes the 2.5 has torque but the way the 2.0 revs is awesome.

My new carbon bonnet was delivered the other day so managed to get that fitted today and give it a clean

old bonnet as you can see its beat up

I need to make the washer holdes bigger as the washers dont fit atm 🤣

Nah it was a carbon one but as per the last pic was in a right mess with resin damage so £1225 later its a fresh one on
