Okay so..

1. Pretty much yeah freezes up a bit and then restarts no blue screen or anything

2. I've literally only played arc raiders over the last few weeks but I'm sure it happened before with BF6. Usually after a long sesh.

3. Pretty much this build so Ram is pretty low but generally been okay for years now.

4. Yep xmp enabled but that's all I've done. Not any proper overclocking.

5. I'll have a to figure out how to check that 😂

I did a while back now turn the fans down because they get annoying although should be at 100% anything over 75-80c. Maybe that's my first go to try and resolve also will look at event viewer and see if there's anything obvious.
I have seen similar behaviour when the power supply unit has been on the way out, or when too much power is being drawn from, for example, an overloaded power strip. The sudden drop in consumption can trigger cut outs and restarts. There are sometimes power related events shown in the event viewer (if that is the case).

I had a similar issue with an asus tuf motherboard
It ended up being related to the motherboard anti surge protection
I ended up replacing the 750w psu with a 1100w fsp 80 plus platinum and the cut outs stopped

Thanks mate I'll take a look in the event viewer see if there's anything obvious and go from there. I'll check all the power cables too make sure everything looks okay.
