I have a 182ff with cup suspension, currently running 40mm apex springs with the standard cup shocks. I find it a bit bouncy sometimes in corners but dont know if that's normal. Been thinking about coilovers for a while but don't know if they're worth the extra cost?! Not doing any track days at present (although I'd love to!) Just some fast road driving and daily driving. Currently running federal 595 RSR's, which are immense! Don't know whether to just stay as is or go for coilovers (although probs go 2nd hand as cant justify 600-800 on suspension!). I have some eibach camber bolts but yet to fit them.
