Things have changed .. Clio GT

I sold my 182 2 years ago. (which I had from new for over 4 years) I have a Renault Traffic for work.
It Went into the local dealer for a service and I had a look around the showroom while i was waiting to collect it.
There was a new blue clio GT 1.6 marked up for around £14500 !!! The only option on it was mettalic paint at about £400.

Couldnt beleive it as I paid £13000 for the 182 with both cup packs. Now I know 6 years have past but that
seams rediculously expensive for a 1.6 clio.

I have no experience of the GT, but going by the spec board it didnt look to be anything special at all.
Obviously there is some discount to be had but I still cant understand anyone buying one.

moneys moved on too. but you'd be mad to pay that list price for a GT

You can pick up a clio 200 Cup for £13-14k. So no massive change in 6 years really.

paid 12k for mine 12 months ago with tomtom and met paint (£900 worth of extras) and they had only just been released....
you can get a mint 6 month old one for 10k nowerdays!!

There's only one clio that was ever worth 20k IMO and thats the V. Anyone who forks out 20k on a 200 is an Mug.
