The bit that fits inside the gearbox. Do I need to grease it? Or is it lubricated by the gearbox oil. 😊 Thanks

Gearbox oil sorts that out.

If you've had it out, make sure it hasn't picked and grit/s**t up whilst being on the floor!

Thanks for that mate.:up: I have cleaned up the bearings and pieces of gears remaining from my previous box and put a rubber glove over it. Is there a reason it's not a spline?
