Throttle body control mechanism?

Well basically my cars been playing up for weeks now and my local garage have been taking ages and have conclucded after 5 days its the throttle body mechanism...and it was going to cost £150 to sort out now £300.
Firstly, how much is a new throttle body for a 1.6 16v? and would it come with the mechanism?

if your referring to the potentiometer as that is a common failure part, i think renault did mine and it was circa £200 as i asked for a receipt. but with it being under warranty cant be sure of exact costs.

Four ashes renault (cliospares) will supply you a throttle body for about £50, its a striaght swap.
