throttle body...

errr. houston we have a problem!!

i just had ma throttle body off cleaning it and during assembly i tried to shoe horn the chamber that the oil breather goes back into the gap between the block and the bulkhead..

anyway, i have broken the linkage between the main lever on the throttle body and the bit that opens the valve..

Can this be stripped and replaced or is it a whole new tb unit? i dont have torx bits to fit the throttle position sensor so cant interrigate it anymore..

and if so, where can i get one tomorrow!? (in aberdeen)

Is it a scrappies job. and should i just go for the one of the 2.0l megane/laguna instead of the 1.6 k4m? as they are the same size arent they, just a bigger bore?

I'm not sure what you mean do you mean the throttle cable is damaged? Or the half moon bit which open the throttle body?

laguna 2.0 one fits straight on as you said mate, same part just bigger intake bit, wont get full benefits untill a remap but should still make a difference!
