throw out bearing

Guys

My car is making a rattling noise when clutch is up, when its down its fine.

Is this the throwout bearing, if so how can i get this fixed ( I DO NOT want to get a whole new clutch)

You'd be mad not to replace the clutch while replacing the release bearing.

bearing costs about £20 for a genuine Renault one, and is included in most clutch kits.

labour to replace the release bearing will be the same as a clutch.

i think the clutch was replaced just before i bought the car in july

If the clutch has been replaced, so should the release bearing.

Is it a similar noise to a nut being rattled about in a plastic tub?
