Just started using this instead of outlook. And its sooo much better lol.

Just wondering wether its possible to set a message at the end of each email. Like a disclaimer.

So when I snd a email it will have a automated message at the bottom.

If you click on your account on the top of the folders bar on the left. You get some options appear in the main window.



If you click on 'View Settings for this Account' you'll get a screen with the options for the account. There's an option in there to 'Attach a Signature'.



Hopefully this should be what you're looking for.

I dont soppose you know how to stop it sending as spam?


I sent a email to myself (gmail) when i 1s used thunderbird, and it worked fine, straight into inbox. But know ive been findling with the sig, the email is being sent straight as spam!?!?

Any ideas?

Your email is obviously now being rated as spam due to your signature. Different providers may rate it differently but if you want to be sure your emails aren't getting dumped in people's spam folders then you might want to edit your signature or remove it.

Editing will obviously be trial and error.
