Time Limit on Complaining to Paypal

Hey guys,

Anyone know the time limit you are given when complaining to paypal?

I want to make a complaint as I received an item that wasn't described but have only just noticed this.

I bought it 5 weeks ago.

I'm sure you should be ok to open one now. I opened on against 'sontino' on here as I aint received my lights after 2 months. Thing is, he aint got no money in his paypal account so technically you get nothing back. So now I have got to complain about paypal to the FSA.

It was a mobile phone that I bought to replace my lost one. I then found my lost one and left this sitting in a cupboard. I have now gone to give it to my GF but it just doesn't charge.

Just buy a new battery,

IMO your not intitled to a refund as you left it lying around and not using it, plus after 5 weeks your where happy.

You have 60 day from the day you brough the item to open a dispute,
how ever try emailing the guy first.
