NGK PFR6E-10 spark plugs

5w 40 fully synthetic oil

oil filter

petrol filter is in tank on the 172 cup, do not need to change

ITG filter.. clean in warm soapy water, leave to completely dry then re-oil

pollen filter

coolent change, use Renault Type D coolent

Would be worth changing the gear oil, use 74w 80 GL5 synthetic gear oil (The RS boxes are very particular on their oil)

Not really... Perhaps clean the throttle body if it's oiled up?

Check usual the usual items... Brakes, suspension, steering etc.
