Timing/auxiliary/cam belts

Hi

Probably been done to death sorry but..

Iv read up about service intervals for these things but Iv not found definitive answers as a lot of them are contradictory..

When do they need to be done? My 182 is on 38k now..

Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

Aux belt and kit every 36k or 3 years. (This may or may not be 3 years....)

Cam belt and kit every 72k or 5 years.
