want to start off with the cheapest mod.

Any good places in the midlands that do a decent job?

Dont want to use the rolls of tinting film, seems a bit toooo cheap.

I heard you're allowed full blackout back windows, nothing on the fronts except maybe a sunstrip.
I'm checking before i get them done though.

For cars first used after April 1985

Front sides - minimum 70% Visible light transmission
Front windscreen - minimum 75 % VLT

Many (if not most) windows are tinted to this limit at the factory.

I have "light Smoke" all the way round on my black 182.
I really like it it does keep the car cooler inside and imho looks good.
