To many exhaust choices!

  Civic Type S GT
Hello good people of the CS world! There are alot of exhausts out there for a 182 which we all know. I would like to get rid of my standard exhaust and purchase a lovely new fancy exhaust. I'll cut to the chase.... Theres Yozza, K-Tec, Janspeed, etc.. I want an exhaust that isn't to loud on the ear drums at speeds on the motorway and is good for daily driving. I have heard good stuff about all the exhausts but milltek have seemed to have a slating about welding issues.
What exhaust will best suit my needs?

Thanks guys!

Milltek imo. Sounds awsome.

Now reply in my exhaust thread and help me please. Wish I had a 182 because I'd have a Milltek system on no questions asked.

I've got a decat Milltek system, yeah the welds went on the first back box after 3k but they just sent me a replacement. They said they had a duff batch and the new one is fine! Can't really argue with that? Not very subtle with the de cat though but by no means a nuisance on the motorway with windows up and a bit of music:approve:

got a milltek waiting to go on mine, bought it because i have heard some on the internet and it sounds mint. Even though the welds have been known to go there is a guarentee on it so doesnt really matter too much

I'm stuck with a decision of the lot! I need to have a drive in other peoples cars who have the exhaust. Anyone kind enough who lives in the Lancashire area!?lol!

Yozza is the only way to go.
With the cat on it's awesome, not too loud when you're chilling out driving, but plenty of goodness on the loud pedal. Miss mine.

With a decat however, anti social is not the world, pulling off slowly used to set car alarms off, did sound awesome when I went for a quick blast in some quiet countryside ;)

I have got Miltek Full system with decat. sounds good. No issues as it was a bad batch. even if there are issues you get a lifetime guarantee

to have a good idea about how this system sounds here's my 182 with the milltek fitted, the car being stock otherwise, no decat pipe. had no problems with the welds so far, only had it run for about a month, but as others said, there is a lifetime guarantee and their customer service is very good

yeah we know yozza's the best but human nature tends to go on with the weaker ones :), or is it just me? hmm
