So following on from the new tool thread, show us your boxes....

I have the Teng TC Monster 01. Photos from when it was new. Still not used half the stuff in it three years on.

You've won 😂

I have a machine mart special in the shed, but I keep mine mobile now in the Milwaukee Packout boxes for ease of taking it all to track days.

Power tools like this in small box.

End thread before it's even started. Crikey.

Dare I ask how much something like that would cost roughly? Not cheap I imagine.

They're £5500 on Machine Mart.
Cheaper than walking on the the Strap-On van :D

It was about that price yeah, might have been a bit cheaper as I shopped around a bit.

I know it's expensive but the way I see it is its a lifetime warranty and I bought it in my late 20's. I'm over the pain of buying it now, but that box will see me for the rest of my life. I've never regretted having it but have been glad of it when I've needed something random or a massive socket.

I've bought too many cheap "I only need it once" tools that I've then had to replace because I've needed again.

Edit, went with Teng as I've never really bothered with snap on, seems people buy it to say they have the brand and at the time Halfords didn't do the big boxes and advanced range in trays.

When i bought my last box, I can no longer afford tools, so I used mine to house a toddler.

£5.5k for all you have there is bloody good value for money to be fair, Teng make good kit. Granted not as pretty as some of the higher end kit, but significantly cheaper and offers better value. Yeah ive broken some Teng kit, but then ive broken Snap On kit too, so its by the by.
