Top end speed

Hi I have a clio sport 182 05 plate could any one tell me why I'm maxing out at 90 mph the rev counter is on 4000 revs when there capable of doing 140 mph

Tbf, mine does 145.

Mine used to do 147 down a bit hill. Beat that you c**t!

Anyway, sounds like you need to push your throttle further to the floor.

I had a couple different suggestions about cleaning the air filter and timing belt might not been done properly witch could be the case as previous owner said he had a new one put on

You bought the wrong car for top end speed.

But it should go more than 90 on your private runway of course.
