top mount/ coilover order

Just to check I'm not being daft. This pic shows the correct order off assembly doesn't it?

The coilovers I've purchased don't come with the silver spring cap, but a shallow black one, and it does t allow the big rubber mount to spin on the black spring cup as the bearings just floating around inside....

The top picture is correct. The bottom picture looks like an Ast top cap. They usually come with a spacer and bearing. Or at least mine did when I bought the Ast top mounts.
