Top up sealents.

  FF Titanium 182
So as in my previous thread my cars being done next week and ive settled with having the car sealed rather then waxed. Spoken to the guy and the sealent he uses can definately be "topped up" whats the best top up sealents to use? My 182 is titanium any particular ones help lighter paintwork give that extra shine?

Personally I rate Autofinesse Tough Coat for ease and finish along with long lasting protection.

Always brings out the flake nicely on my Iceberg

used bouncers done and dusted looks spot on very shiny and slick but not long durability.
did reload (old version) and c2v3 side by side test both look stunning fast and easy to apply c2v3 lasted a lot longer

It depends on what sealant you are using as your base protection, and how often you are likely to top it up?

The likes of gtechniq C2 and Capro Reload are pretty good stand alone sealants that offer good dirt repellancy and water beaviour. But they are also very versatile so you can use them on their own, or for topping up waxes or sealants, but as they are sealants in their own right their own properties will take over from the base sealant.

I personally love tough coat but I'm not overly sure it works all that well when being used as a top up over another product. Works great when layered over itself as often as you like and canuse it almost like a detailing spray.

If you are wanting to add a top up regularly say after every wash maybe look at a quick detailing spray that has added protection like Sonax BSD or diluted Gtechniq C2.

the options are endless.

They are his own products. OCDfinish.co.uk is his site. He would be using the OCDfinish bodyshield as the base coat. I think i would add a bit of protection after every wash so go for a QD? I like the look of the Sonax BSD is it a good one?
